Susan Ransom has been in the transportation industry for 27 years in a variety of roles, and for the past eight years with SSA Terminal in Oakland.  Her current role as Client Relations Manager is to work with the ocean carriers, the Port of Oakland, customers, and truckers to build a strong relationship between the marine terminal and the industry, keeping open communication between all parties for moving goods efficiently. She has a deep level of knowledge about the maritime industry and how it works.
