Best Practices for the Advancement and Inclusion of Women in STEMM and National Security
In collaboration with CRDF Global, World Trade Center Northern California will host the first session in a series of webinars to further explore and provide solutions to persisting equality issues in STEMM fields and national security work.
In Session 1, you’ll hear from co-author of “Breaking Barriers: Best Practices for the Advancement and Inclusion of Women in STEMM and National Security” Sylvia Mishra and Global Ties San Francisco IVLP alumnae Dr. Muna Mohammed Musnad and Marcela Araya Fonseca, who are paving new avenues for women in science around the world through their accomplishments as published authors, researchers, and experts in the fields of nuclear security, electronic engineering, and water management.
